Dublin 17 is towards the North East of Dublin and includes Balgriffin, Coolock, Belcamp and Darndale. Its one of the smallest of Dublin's 24 postal districts and located very close to Dublin Airport. The area houses the Clonshaugh Business & Technology Park and the Northside Shopping Centre, which attracts keen shoppers from all around Dublin. Sports facilities in Dublin 17 are available, although not particularly abundant such as the AUL Complex and AstroPark Coolock as well as Belcamp Park and Stardust Memorial Park.

The best bus from Dublin city centre is no. 27B and it has 3G football pitches for hire, bubble football, kids birthday parties and even AstroFit with various fitness sessions available too. There are even adult leagues taking place which you can join in, whether as a team or individual and there are no less than 14 3G football pitches available, all with floodlights!
