Welcome to Openplay.ie. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. About Us
Openplay.ie is an Irish padel equipment retailer operated from Waterford, Ireland. Our registered VAT number is IE4322069VH.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) and include Irish VAT at 23%. We make every effort to ensure that prices and product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
3. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product unavailability or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe). We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Ireland and selected international destinations. Domestic orders over €75 qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. For full details, please see our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. As an EU consumer, you also have rights under EU consumer protection law, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
