Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Ireland typically takes 2–4 business days. EU orders typically take 2–5 business days from dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all orders over €75 qualify for free shipping within Ireland. Free shipping doesn't apply to EU orders.

How much is shipping?

Shipping within Ireland is €9.00, or free on orders over €75. Tracked delivery to the EU is a €22.95 flat rate.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Ireland and to 13 European Union countries: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. Because these are all within the EU single market, there are no customs charges or import duties to pay.

Do you ship to the UK?

Not at the moment. Northern Ireland is served at our standard Irish rates with no customs charges. We don't currently ship to Great Britain, because post-Brexit customs and import charges would land on you at the door and we'd rather not do that to a customer.

Will I pay anything extra on delivery?

No. All prices include Irish VAT at 23%, and shipping is charged at checkout. There are no import fees, handling charges or brokerage costs to pay when your parcel arrives.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey. All orders, Irish and EU, are sent tracked.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Can I return a padel racket?

Yes, as long as it's unused — no ball marks, scratches, or damage — and returned within 30 days with original packaging.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. It may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Are your products genuine?

Absolutely. We source all our products directly from authorised distributors and brand partners. Every item is 100% authentic.

How do I choose the right padel racket?

What's the difference between padel balls and tennis balls?

Padel balls look similar to tennis balls but have slightly less pressure, which suits the enclosed court. Always use proper padel balls for the best playing experience. See our Best Padel Balls guide.
