Padel overgrips: a fresh grip every few sessions

Your overgrip is the only thing connecting you to your racket. A worn, slippery grip costs you points. We stock overgrips from the brands played on the tour: NOX, Bullpadel, Wilson, adidas and Babolat, all in 3-packs.

Padel overgrip FAQs

How often should I change my overgrip? Most coaches recommend every 3–5 sessions. If you play twice a week, that's a new grip every fortnight. If it feels slippery or looks shiny, it's done.

Smooth or perforated? Smooth overgrips, like the NOX Pro or Babolat Pro Tour, give a classic tacky feel. Perforated overgrips, like the Bullpadel Perforated, have small holes for airflow and suit players with sweaty hands or anyone playing in warm conditions.

What's the difference between an overgrip and a grip? The grip is the base layer that comes fitted to the handle. An overgrip is the thin, replaceable layer you wrap on top. You change the overgrip regularly and leave the base grip alone.

Can I put an overgrip on a hired racket? Yes, and it's worth it if you hire regularly. A fresh overgrip on a club racket makes a bigger difference than you'd expect.
