Shipping Policy

We ship from Waterford, Ireland and aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed before 12pm (noon) are usually dispatched the same day. Delivery within Ireland typically takes 2–4 business days, and orders placed before 12pm often arrive the next working day. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and aren't guaranteed.

International Shipping

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed and delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand periods.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there's no update or your parcel appears lost, contact us at jakub@openplay.ie and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
