end points.
Spec sheet.
The GEARXPro Arm Sleeve Compression is a graduated 20–30 mmHg compression sleeve for the forearm and upper arm. Firmest at the wrist, easing towards the shoulder, in a stretch fabric that stays put through a full match. It fits either arm.
The honest version of what compression does. The evidence for compression garments is about recovery: across the studies that have been pooled, wearing compression reduces next-day muscle soreness and helps strength and power come back a little faster, with the effect clearest more than 24 hours after you played. It is a moderate effect, not a miracle. What compression has not been shown to do is fix padel elbow, and you will find plenty of sleeves online that imply otherwise. Elbow pain is the single most common complaint in padel — if you have it, the answers are technique, racket weight, grip size and rest, and a sleeve is a comfort on top of those, not a substitute for them.
So what is it actually for? Keeping the arm warm on a cold court in November. Wearing on the drive home after a late match. Having something on the arm that feels supportive when the forearm is tired. Those are real, and they are the reasons to buy one.
